HOLIDAY FESTIVAL SILENT AUCTION ~ TEXT DUMCfest19 to 52182

• Items may be viewed in the Asbury Room
• Auction staff is available in the Asbury Room to help you REGISTER & BID
• You will receive a text message informing you of your bids, other bids on the same items & the items you have WON!
• Items should be picked up outside of the Silent Auction Venue beginning at 2:15 - 4:00 PM 
• Unclaimed items should be picked up Sunday, Nov 3rd from 8:00 - 4:00 PM in the Asbury Room.
• This is an online auction, and you do not need to be present to win
• The Silent Auction ENDS at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 2nd

Holiday Festival has LOTS to offer!! ~ Proceeds will fund our 30th Habitat House!

KIDS ACTIVITIES:

• Pictures with SANTA ~ time slots are available from 8am - 2pm. Photos are $30. Some walk-ins available. Santa takes a lunch break from 11-11:30am. Click HERE to reserve your appointment with Santa.  Appointments are recommended.
• Kids Crafts - ages 3-8. Session offered from 9a - 10:30a, $10. Space limited to 25. Click HERE to reserve a spot for your children in the Craft Corner.

SHUTTLES: Run from our offsite parking at 100 Ashford Center North from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

PACKAGE CHECK: Located on the first floor near the gym.

ARTISANS: Approximately 120 artisans are located in the first floor gym and second floor Fellowship Hall.

CASSEROLES: Order downstairs near the gym and pick up upstairs.

FOOD:

• Pancake Breakfast is served in the church kitchen with seating in the Epworth Room and Aerobics Room from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
• Concessions is open 8am - 3pm with coffee, water, soft drinks, snacks, and Chick-fil-A starting at 11:00 a.m.
• Lunch is served in the church kitchen with seating in the Epworth Room and Aerobics Room from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Barbecue plate and Chick-fil-A. Tickets sold upstairs by the church kitchen.
• Gourmet Shop sells baked goods all day.

The SILENT AUCTION IS ONLY A PART OF THE DUMC Holiday Festival

The Silent Auction will open on October 11th and will continue through Saturday, November 2nd at 2:00pm. At that time, bidding will cease and if you have bid on one or more items, you will be notified via text of your WINNING BIDS. We so appreciate you bidding on MANY of the items donated by local merchants, DUMC Members, Artisans and more!!

The Dunwoody United Methodist Church proudly presents its 28th Annual Holiday festival. The festival is a one-day indoor event that will not only feature a juried show of beautiful handmade arts and crafts items by 120 talented artisans, but also a wide variety of other venues. We offer a huge Silent Auction online, Attic Treasures, Book Nook, Casseroles to Go, Breakfast, Luncheon, Children's Activities, Gourmet Shop, Photos with Santa, and more. More than 500 volunteers participate to help make this annual event a big success. The Dunwoody community strongly supports our Holiday Festival and feels it is a wonderful way to begin their holiday shopping. Traditionally, more than 3,500 shoppers attend our Holiday Festival.

All proceeds from this event will benefit our Habitat for Humanity Project. Our 2018 festival raised enough funds for members of our church to build our 29th Habitat home this year.  With a successful 2019 festival, we will make dreams come true for another family.
